Responsibilities:
• Intense focus on developing new programs and new customers.
• Determine optimal product mix and route to market to best meet Hailide production capabilities, profit/volume expectations and customer expectations.
• Call on existing accounts to maintain business and relationships. Seek and develop growth opportunities at existing and new accounts.
• Fully maximize profitability and volumes at existing account base.
• Present business development ideas and opportunities to R
